Directions to Start/Finish area....

 

Coming from the North on Highway 101

 

1. Take the last Sausalito Exit ( the one just before the Golden Gate Bridge)

 

2. Turn left onto the Sausalito Lateral and then almost immediately, turn Right onto Conzelman Road. ( The freeway offramp doens't go directly onto Conzelman, but the Sausalito Lateral (I believe) and you need only travel about 100 yards back towards the bridge - and then make your right turn onto Conzelman).

 

3. Right onto McCullough Road (about 3/4's of a mile from start of Conzelman, this road takes you down the hill and into the Rodeo Valley area)

 

4. Left onto Bunker Road

 

5. Left onto Mitchell Road ( Lagoon is on your left and the fork is about 1/4 mile past the bridge that crosses over the Lagoon)

 

5. b. Follow Mitchell Road till it ends. Parking is on the right along with the registration area or in the dirt parking area adjacent to the paved area.

 

 

 

Coming from the South on 101to Race Start and Finish area

 

1. Everything is the same as above except you take the 1st Sausalito Exit and as you go down the Freeway offramp onto the Sausalito Lateral you veer to the left and go under the Freeway where the Sausalito lateral becomes Conzelman road. Once you're on Conzelman Road you then follow the above directions.

 

Alternate route:

 

If you want to go through a pretty long tunnel to get to the race then head down the Sausalito Lateral. Turn Left onto "Danes Drive" . You should almost immediately see the Tunnel coming towards you. If you are unfortunate enough to catch the red light, be prepared to wait up to five minutes for it to change.
